- All Theme products are handmade from high-quality stainless steel, water-resistant and color-fade resistant, so you can wear your piece daily without worry.
- We offer a wide variety of designs and sizes, from slim and simple pieces to bold and eye-catching ones, so you can always find something that reflects your style and suits every occasion.
- Our team will contact you to confirm shipping and delivery details after your order is placed.
Material Warranty (Stainless Steel)
- A 3-month warranty on the stainless steel material against noticeable color change or rust under normal daily use.
- The warranty does not cover breakage or scratches caused by dropping or improper storage.
- The warranty does not cover repeated exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, large amounts of perfume applied directly, exfoliating creams, prolonged swimming pool use), or abnormal use of the piece.

Exchange Policy
- If a clear manufacturing defect appears upon receiving the product or within the first 14 days of normal use, we offer a free exchange for the same piece or another piece of equal value (or you pay the price difference if higher).
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Theme covers all shipping costs.
- If the customer wishes to exchange or return a product without a manufacturing defect, the customer bears the exchange or return shipping costs, which differ from standard shipping rates.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, send your order details along with photos of the piece and its condition, and our customer service team will guide you through the exchange steps.
- Custom-made products (special size, specific name, custom engraving) cannot be returned, and can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.
