Returns and exchanges

• If a clear manufacturing defect appears upon receiving the product or within the first 14 days of normal use, we offer a free exchange for the same item or another item of equal value (or you can pay the price difference if higher).
• In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Theme covers all shipping costs.
• If you wish to exchange or return a product without a manufacturing defect, you will bear the cost, and these fees differ from standard shipping rates.
• Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, send your order details and photos of the item and its condition, and our customer service team will guide you through the exchange steps.
• Custom-made products (special size, specific name, custom engraving) cannot be returned, but can be exchanged only if a manufacturing defect is found.
