الضمان على الخامة (الاستانلس ستيل)Material Warranty (Stainless Steel)
- ضمان لمدة 3 شهور على خامة الاستانلس ستيل ضد تغير اللون بشكل واضح أو ظهور صدأ في الاستخدام الطبيعي اليومي.
- الضمان لا يشمل الكسر أو الخدوش الناتجة عن السقوط أو التخزين الخاطئ.
- الضمان لا يشمل التعرض المتكرر لمواد كيميائية قوية (كلور، عطور بكميات كبيرة مباشرة، كريمات تقشير، حمامات سباحة لفترات طويلة)، أو الاستخدام غير الطبيعي للقطعة.

- A 3-month warranty on the stainless steel material against noticeable color change or rust under normal daily use.
- The warranty does not cover breakage or scratches caused by dropping or improper storage.
- The warranty does not cover repeated exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, large amounts of perfume applied directly, exfoliating creams, prolonged swimming pool use), or abnormal use of the piece.

سياسة الاستبدالExchange Policy
- لو ظهر عيب صناعة واضح في المنتج عند استلامه أو خلال أول 14 يوم مع الاستخدام الطبيعي، بنوفرلك استبدال مجاني لنفس القطعة أو قطعة أخرى بنفس القيمة (أو دفع فرق السعر لو أعلى).
- في حالة ثبوت عيب الصناعة، تيمة تتحمل مصاريف الشحن بالكامل.
- في حالة رغبة العميل في استبدال المنتج أو استرجاعه بدون وجود عيب في الصناعة، العميل يتحمل تكلفة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، وأسعارهم مختلفة عن أسعار الشحن العادي.
- تواصلي معنا على واتساب أو إنستجرام، وابعتِ مواصفات الأوردر وصور القطعة وحالتها، وفريق خدمة العملاء هيرد عليكي بخطوات الاستبدال.
- المنتجات المصممة خصيصًا حسب الطلب (مقاس خاص، اسم معين، حفر مخصوص) لا يمكن استرجاعها، ويمكن استبدالها فقط في حالة وجود عيب صناعة.

- If a clear manufacturing defect appears upon receiving the product or within the first 14 days of normal use, we offer a free exchange for the same piece or another piece of equal value (or you pay the price difference if higher).
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Theme covers all shipping costs.
- If the customer wishes to exchange or return a product without a manufacturing defect, the customer bears the exchange or return shipping costs, which differ from standard shipping rates.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, send your order details along with photos of the piece and its condition, and our customer service team will guide you through the exchange steps.
- Custom-made products (special size, specific name, custom engraving) cannot be returned, and can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.
